Yayn End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND YAYN. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE YAYN MOBILE APPLICATION ("APP"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Yayn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal device for non-commercial purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on Yayn. By posting UGC, you grant Yayn a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content to operate, improve, and promote the App.

4.2 Content Guidelines - Zero Tolerance Policy

Yayn maintains a zero-tolerance policy against offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. You agree NOT to post, upload, share, or promote any content that:

Explicitly Prohibited Categories:

  • Sexually Explicit Material: Pornography, nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content
  • Violent or Distressing Content: Graphic violence, gore, torture, animal cruelty, or content intended to shock or cause severe emotional distress
  • Illegal Activities: Promotion or depiction of drug use, narcotics, illegal substances, gambling, or criminal activities
  • Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content that attacks, incites hatred against, or promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Harassment & Bullying: Content that threatens, harasses, bullies, or intimidates individuals or groups
  • Misinformation & Fraud: False information, scams, impersonation, or deceptive practices
  • Intellectual Property Violation: Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights

4.3 Content Moderation

Yayn reserves the right to:

  • Review, monitor, and remove any content at our sole discretion
  • Terminate accounts that violate these guidelines
  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement
  • Take any action we deem necessary to maintain a safe community

4.4 Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in:

  • Removal of offending content
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension
  • Legal action where appropriate
  • Cooperation with law enforcement agencies

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding your UGC), is owned by Yayn and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights except the limited license granted herein.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the App from your device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YAYN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Modifications to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

BY USING THE YAYN APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. YOU CONFIRM YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND AGREE TO OUR ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY AGAINST OFFENSIVE CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR.
